Homemade Vegetable Soup
  • 1 x Large sweet potatoe
  • 1 x Carrot
  • 1 x Veg Stock
  • 1 x butternut squash (Great for your eyes and weight loss)
  • 1 x large onion
  • 1 x pint of water
Boil altogether in a pot and once cook uses hand blender to smooth. Then add powdered garlic to your desire and you have a thick yummy healthy soup. Healthy Treats:
  • No bake Chocolate protein balls
  • 1 x spoon melted coconut oil
  • 1 x scoop chocolate whey
  • 1 tbsp. Peanut butter
  • 1 x cup oats
  • Desiccated coconut
Melt the coconut oil and add in the oats, whey and peanut butter. Form mixture into balls and then cover in desiccated coconut, allow to chill in fridge for 20mins and you have a healthy satisfying snack
