So Friday night lock up crew had a quick chat whilst cleaning about dietary cholesterol and our fitness team were explaining how dietary fats are not to be feared as once where. We know and tell our clients it is only those who have a natural / genetic pre-disposition to high cholesterol who’s consumption will be effected.
