Swimming Pool Dundalk

Relax and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of swimming in our 20m indoor heated swimming pool with a depth of 4ft. Open seven days a week to members only. Exercising in the water is great for muscle recovery and our swimming pool offers a great facility to train or simply swim away the stress. Our adult only pool is open 7 days a week. This ultra-modern aquatic facility offers the perfect way to practice your swimming technique or simply relax and unwind after a strenuous workout.

Health Suite Dundalk

As well as a 20m swimming pool, the DKIT Sport Health Suite also includes a Jacuzzi and steam room which are available to members 7 days a week. The health suite offers the perfect way to relax and sit back after a strenuous workout and provides a deep cleanse for aching muscles, refreshes the skin and promotes an overall feeling of well-being. Immersing yourself into the soothing hot water relieves pain and effectively improves blood flow to sore muscles and joints.

Cardio Studio Dundalk

Aerobic Studio

Our fully air conditioned, aerobic studio plays host to a large variety of Dundalk fitness classes. We believe exercise should be as much fun as possible, therefore we offer over 30 classes per week. Our spacious studio offers sprung floors and integrated sound system, Floor length mirrors allow you to perfect your technique and see the instructor even from the back. Class timetables are available online or from our reception desk and classes can also be booked in advance.

We have 25 of the best spin bikes on the market, designed to give the rider an outdoor bike feel by use of a carbon chain. Our renowned ‘Stage’ bikes cater for cycling enthusiasts by delivering accurate results direct to your own device after each class. Our Dundalk indoor cycling classes allow you to take on the terrain, travel over flat roads, climb hills and race at high speeds all in the comfort of our spacious, air conditioned studio. Changing Rooms

Our clean and modern changing rooms include showers, hair dryers, lockers, chairs and underfloor heating for your comfort. Our changing rooms are accessible via the gym floor and are wheelchair friendly. Lockers are provided and take a €1 coin.
