BodyPump at DKIT Sport is a full-body resistance training class using barbells and weight plates. Rather than focussing on heavy weights, the focus is on low-weight barbells that are used in more rapid exercise. The aim is to “exhaust” your muscles so that they do not add bulk, just strength and tone giving you a stronger, sculpted physique.
