DKIT Sport’s Dancefit class is a 45 minute fun, high intensity fitness session where you can sweat it out as you step to the beat of great music. Our qualified instructors will keep you moving while you enjoy the music and soak up the positive energy from everyone around you. The aim is to increase your heart rate and burn off loads of calories. Don’t worry, the moves are easy to follow and you will pick them up real easy through repetition.
