DKIT Sport Recognised as One of Ireland’s Best Workplaces for Women

Great Place to Work® Ireland have this week for the 2nd time recognised DKIT Sport as one of Ireland’s Best Workplaces for Women 2025.

Now in its seventh year, the Best Workplaces for Women™ recognition is a programme that aims to recognise those top organisations which, in addition to providing a great work environment for everyone in general, are creating positive and supportive workplaces for women in particular. This year Great Place To Work recognised 35 organisations from a wide range of sectors and sizes, with over 2,000 female leaders represented among these organisations.

This award recognises organisations that go above and beyond to ensure that the women in their workforce are treated fairly when it comes to pay, recognition, training and promotion opportunities; where they can take the time off they need to attend to childcare or other family commitments; and where they are encouraged, empowered, and supported to do their best work. Companies were only considered if they were already a Great Place To Work Certified™ organisation.

“We are so grateful for our dedicated employees who have made us a part of this list for the past two years,” said Narcisa Popovici, HR Director of Aura Holohan Group. “Our people make working at DKIT Sport and across the Aura Holohan Group a truly inclusive experience every day. We celebrate and thank them for all they do to earn this incredible honor.”

“Creating an inclusive environment where women are valued, supported, and empowered at every stage of their journey is more critical than ever,” said Cathal Divilly, CEO of Great Place To Work Ireland. “I want to commend these outstanding organisations being celebrated as the Best Workplaces for Women 2025. They are setting the standard by consistently fostering a culture that enables women to thrive and bring their full potential to the workplace.”
