“I joined DKIT Sport nearly a year ago. During the first lockdown I found myself like many people taking part in home workouts, once the gyms reopened I joined DKIT Sport. I started off training 3-4 days a week, the trainers were great in building up confidence and delivering tailored plans and very soon I caught the gym bug and found myself training 5-6 times a week. I would highly recommend getting in and starting a plan if you haven’t. Mick has been a great help in tailoring plans around my goals and from this I’ve rediscovered my love for sport and since have returned to competing in track and field.”
