Meet Leila

Q: Your favourite training session?

A: My top training session would have to be legs. I love pushing myself and having jelly legs after a session. My favourite exercises would have to be the glute drive machine and leg extension

Q: What are your own fitness goals for the second half of this year?

A: My goals for the rest of the year is to be consistent with training and nutrition. I also hope to implement stretching back into my routine

Q: What is your favourite thing about training other people:

A: I enjoy guiding people through their fitness journey. Watching someone succeed when they reach their goal can be rewarding. 

It’s especially satisfying to help someone who is new to the gym get to a point where they feel more confident in training with correct form, following a plan, and being more comfortable in the gym environment.

Meet Gabriel

Q. What’s your favourite training session? 

A: I actually don’t have a favourite session, I really enjoy working every muscle group. But legs just hit different squats and leg extension are definitely my favourite exercises to build strong quads. 

Q: What are your own fitness goals for the second half of this year? 

A: My fitness goal continues to be getting bigger, putting on as much muscle as possible while maintaining a low body fat percentage and have an aesthetic shape. 

Q: What’s your favourite thing about training other people? 

A: My favourite thing when it comes to training people is being able to help them to achieve their goals. If your goal is to put on a bit or tons of muscle, lose weight or gain flexibility I will be 200% ready to help you to achieve that in a healthy, fun, and efficient way.
