  • 3️⃣ squat jumps 15-20 reps
  • 4️⃣ hip thrusts 20 reps
  • 5️⃣ mountain climbers 20 reps
  • 6️⃣ couch dips 15-20 reps
  • 7️⃣ close grip press ups 10-15 reps
  • 8️⃣ elbow to knee sit ups 30 reps 🔥🔥🔥🔥
  • Beginner: 1-2 rounds Advanced: 3-5 rounds
