- 2️⃣ split squat other side 10-15reps
- 3️⃣ squat jumps 15-20 reps
- 4️⃣ hip thrusts 20 reps
- 5️⃣ mountain climbers 20 reps
- 6️⃣ couch dips 15-20 reps
- 7️⃣ close grip press ups 10-15 reps
- 8️⃣ elbow to knee sit ups 30 reps 🔥🔥🔥🔥
- Beginner: 1-2 rounds Advanced: 3-5 rounds
